Rare true oceanfront home on the bluff in Dillon Beach with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and spectacular 180-degree unobstructed Pacific Ocean views with the sound of crashing waves throughout! Only two true oceanfront homes have sold in Oceana Marin during the past five years, making 59 Kailua Way an exceptionally rare offering. For an oceanfront home in the Bay Area, there is no better value. Set on nearly 1/4 acre in a front-row bluff location, the home was thoughtfully designed to capture ocean views and sounds from every room. All five beds enjoy ocean views, including two direct oceanfront bedrooms positioned right along the bluff. Outdoor living makes the most of the setting, with expansive wraparound decks overlooking the Pacific, a hot tub for soaking up the experience, an outdoor shower after a day at the beach, and a new stainless-steel BBQ for easy outdoor meals. Inside, a wood-burning fireplace adds warmth on cool coastal evenings. Additional features include an EV charger, two washers and two dryers, a 1-car garage, and driveway parking for two additional vehicles. The current owners have made numerous substantial improvements, including the replacement of nearly every window and door, a new roof and electrical panel, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, and upgraded utilities. Furnishings are negotiable. Currently operated as a highly successful short-term rental with robust income, the property has a strong history of guest demand and exceptional 10/10 guest reviews. Its 5-bedroom layout comfortably accommodates family and guests, with excellent separation of spaces, whether enjoyed as a full-time residence or a coastal getaway. With its true bluff-front position, front-row ocean setting, and the rugged beauty and laid-back charm of Dillon Beach, 59 Kailua Way offers something increasingly difficult to find along the Northern California coast. Nearby, enjoy the beach, Coastal Kitchen, and Dillon Beach General Store, along with one of the area's most dog-friendly stretches of coastline, where dogs are welcome off-leash.
